Cambridgeshire Liberal Democrats are calling on the Tories to give total clarity to the catalogue of defects facing the controversial guided bus project. Cash -Strapped County Council Spends Millions on Consultants. County council chiefs spent a whopping £8.8 million to buy in expertise from outside last year.
