Lib Dems announce 100 Day Action Plan6.28.51pm BST (GMT +0100) Tue 12th May 2009 The priority of a new Liberal Democrat County Council during its first 100 days would be to reverse the neglect and decline in basic services which has been the result of 12 years of a Conservative led council. A £3 million emergency fund would be created immediately by releasing surplus funds from reserves. This would be complemented by additional funds from budgets squandered on spin and PR and from badly managed contracts.
