Jonathan Chatfield and Vanessa Kelly want a vibrant community in Arbury Park

At a recent scrutiny meeting held in The Meadows, we raised a number of questions about Arbury Park, its community and development. The answers were either weak or non-existent.

District Councillor Jonathan Chatfield challenged the lack of communication between South Cambs and local residents. Afterwards he stated,

"Unless we get some answers soon, the houses will have been constructed, but the opportunity to build a vibrant community will have been lost. I welcome the activity of the local residents who are attempting to develop a sense of community, but this must be helped and not hindered by the local council. I congratulate the hard work of Impington Parish Council who have been actively involved in the process from the start, and now call upon South Cambs to up its game, before it's too late."
