Linton affordable housing development almost complete

Cllr Trisha Bear at Payne's Meadow affordable housing developement in Linton
The second phase of the Payne's Meadow development in Linton has been completed, providing 20 much needed affordable properties for rent and shared ownership.
Linton Cllr Trisha Bear said "Property prices in this area are so high that many people are being priced out. Developments like these go some way to alleviating this by providing more affordable housing for local people."
The official completion ceremony will be on Tuesday 12 September at 3pm on the new estate. Congratulations to Linton Parish Council and South Cambridgeshire District Council for delivering this important project.
